Our Background & Evolution
TOM-E MEP Engineering and Consultancy was founded on a solid academic and technical foundation in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, combining both research-driven knowledge and practical engineering skills. From its early days of hands-on engineering projects, the firm steadily evolved into a structured consultancy, supporting complex commercial, industrial, and residential projects across Nigeria. This evolution reflects our deliberate transition from experimental and project-based work to professional consultancy, offering independent technical advisory, regulatory compliance guidance, and project oversight. Engr. Tijani Oluwafemi Muhydeen is an engineer, researcher, and technology innovator dedicated to solving real-world engineering challenges.
His expertise includes automation, intelligent systems, sustainable energy, and engineering design, with specialization in 3D printing for rapid prototyping, MATLAB research and development, and NI LabVIEW automation solutions. He also provides professional MEP consultancy and supports architectural and structural design projects in the built environment.
Engr. Tijani is passionate about green energy, waste-to-wealth innovation, and sustainable infrastructure, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Power Systems Engineering while leading TOM-E MEP Engineering and Consultancy as Managing Director/CEO.
